What you'll learn
Each week brings a new and exciting challenge as we explore a variety of mediums and techniques. By the end of the course, you’ll have worked with:
- Pencil and charcoal to master shading, contrast, and form.
- Watercolours and acrylics to experiment with colour blending, techniques to create washes and layering as well as using the tools to create texture and depth.
Each class begins with a live demonstration by our expert tutor, followed by guided practice, where you’ll get to try the techniques yourself. Whether you’re tackling a detailed sketch or painting a vibrant landscape, you’ll get personalised feedback and guidance at every step.
To support your learning, you’ll also receive printed detailed step by step instructions, prep/tip sheets and references, ensuring you have all the resources you need.
